Description

Stress is part of our everyday lives—but do we really understand it? As part of the No Stress Studio exhibition, join Marie-France Marin, neuroscientist and professor whose research focuses on the links between the brain, hormones, and stress.

Drawing on the latest scientific discoveries, this lecture dispels common myths about stress. You’ll discover the mechanisms that trigger the stress response, the effects of acute and chronic stress on physical and mental health, and why we are so vulnerable to stress in today’s world.

You’ll also learn how to recognize the signs of stress, better understand what fuels it, and explore simple, research-based strategies to help regulate your stress response.

A fascinating conference combining scientific insights with practical tools to help you better understand stress—and learn to live with it more effectively.
