Accessibility measures

Learn about the accessibility measures put in place by the Museum to allow as many people as possible to participate in its activities. Learning about human health is for everyone!

Accessibility measures for persons with physical disabilities

The Museum can accommodate people with reduced mobility on the ground floor. In addition, a 50% discount is offered to general public visitors (individual visitors) who do not have access to the Museum’s upper floor due to limited physical ability. For a group visit (ten people or more) for people with reduced mobility, we organize the schedule so that all activities take place on the ground floor of the Museum. In such a case, there is no discount granted, since the entire animated tour is presented at this location. In addition, the Museum offers free admission to accompanying persons holding the Companion Leisure Card (CAL).

Accessibility measures for clients from underprivileged backgrounds

The team at the Musée de la santé Armand-Frappier is working to make its scientific content accessible to the entire population, notably those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Thanks to the generous support of its partners, the Museum draws free registrations for its youth workshops as well as for the summer science camps.
