No Stress Studio, an exhibition developed by the Montréal Science Centre, invites you to discover simple and accessible ways to care for your mental well-being. Through a series of participatory activities, young and old will explore how laughter, breathing, movement, creativity and social relationships all play a role in managing stress.

This exhibition helps you better understand how the body reacts to stress, and provides concrete tools that will help you care for yourself in your everyday life.

LABORATORY WORSHOP

After discussing emotions, their role, and how to manage them, participants explore the brain, neurons, and synapses. Working in teams, they build an electrical circuit and carry out a chemical reaction that illustrates the mechanisms behind emotions in the brain.

Stay tuned for more details about upcoming special activities.
